We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
No refunds are honoured as a result of delays caused due to customs inspections which are beyond our control.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has
a major problem. This is when the item:
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the sample or
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will replace the item
Refunds on items ordered incorrectly will be processed once the item has been returned to Worldwide Pet Supplies at your expense.
No refunds will be honoured on claims of non receipt of goods if an online refund form is not submiited via our website within 45 days of purchase.
